On September 5th 2023 Marcel Waldhof completed the defence of his dissertation at the IEW. For this achievement
congratulations from the bottom of our hearts.
His dissertation will help to ensure that users of exoskeletons are supported even better during precise movements in the future. Marcel investigated the exoskeleton drive and customised it to the user and the application. For this purpose, he developed a comprehensive and computationally efficient design tool for axial flux machines, which in this case are mainly manufactured using 3D printing (FFF process).
